By using this website, you agree to conduct all inquiries into and discussions about the listed Property solely through the Disposition Manager and not directly contact the seller. Any unauthorized contact with the seller will be considered intentional interference with a Contract. You agree to pay damages of $100,000 to Revitalize Homebuyers, LLC if you attempt to circumvent or intentionally interfere with the Contract of the listed Property. Any Property information received by you is proprietary information belonging to Revitalize Homebuyers, LLC., and its affiliates. All Properties are currently under Contract with Revitalize Homebuyers, LLC. Any transaction consummated by you will be pursuant to an assignment of Revitalize Homebuyers, LLC’s Contract. Any unauthorized contact will be considered Tortious Interference with a Contract and may result in legal action against you. Buyers are asked to perform their due diligence. Revitalize Homebuyers, LLC provides only estimated repair costs and property values.

Assignment Contract: An assignment contract will be delivered electronically once an agreement has been made and must be executed by the Final Buyer within 24 hours. Once the assignment contract is signed, we will introduce you to a third-party Title Company we use that will help facilitate the closing process. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of $2,000 must be wired to the Title Company within 1 day of the Assignment Contract signing. Due Diligence: Buyers are asked to perform their own due diligence on the property.
Closing Costs: The End Buyer will pay all Closing costs which will be outlined on the final settlement statement of the deal.
